On the day ✹

The day unfolds from 8am to 8pm at the expansive and awe-inspiring British Engineerium in Hove Park.

Kicking off with a Somatic Shakedown and Embodied Movement, the day launches into a full spectrum of practices designed to make you feel it all: sound therapy, transformative breathwork, EFT tapping, and inspiring, thought-provoking talks that challenge the status quo — closing with a mass Ecstatic Dance, all within this incredible space.

Beyond the walls, the outdoor grounds invite you to immerse, restore, and reconnect. Experience wood-fired sauna sessions, cold-water immersion, or indulge in treatments and holistic therapies at the Wellbeing Treatment Spa.

Wander through the Wild Love Village, where curated stalls from local brands sit alongside vibrant plant-based food, energising snacks, a juice bar, great coffee, DJs, poetry and spoken word, refreshing mocktails, interactive mini-workshops, and live tattoos — all designed to nourish, uplift, and fuel the soul throughout the day…

  • Workshops, Classes & Talks

At the heart of the festival site lies the double-height Events Gallery – the central hub for workshops, sessions, and talks. With its mezzanine floor and incredible acoustics, this sought-after space is designed to inspire. Holding up to 100 mats, it sets the perfect scene for like-minded souls to move, breathe, be inspired, feel, shake it out or simply be...

  • Treatments & Therapies

The on site dance studio will be transformed into a serene wellbeing spa, offering a range of holistic treatments – from massage and acupuncture to Indian head massage, reflexology, facials, spinal energetics, live tattoos and more – all delivered by highly skilled local practitioners.

  • DJs, Food, Drinks, Brands & Interactive Workshops

Outside, the main concourse transforms into The Wild Love Wellbeing Village, that sprawls out onto the lawns filled with blankets and space to take a breather from the action, grab a bite in the sunshine, sip good coffee, meet the founders behind some inspiring brands, learn more about community happenings, listen to poetry & spoken word on the lawns, tune in to the Balearic tunes played by vinyl DJs or just have a roll around…

The Flow State Rub Club will also meet here, before taking groups out into the park.

  • Sauna & Cold Immersion (Contrast Therapy)

The Sauna Village invites you to reset and recharge, featuring a wood-fired sauna and cold water pools for deep rejuvenation and restoration, amongst the festival, with views across Hove Park.

WORKSHOPS

TALKS

  • In a world that moves fast and often pulls us apart, this conversation explores the quiet, transformative power of human connection - and why community is essential to our health, resilience and sense of belonging.

In dialogue with people who have built, nurtured and sustained communities, we’ll explore what truly creates connection that lasts. Drawing on science, lived experience and shared wisdom, we’ll reflect on how relationships, shared purpose and simple acts of presence regulate our nervous systems, support wellbeing and help us feel less alone.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen and remember that healing doesn’t always happen in isolation - it happens where we meet. Expect warmth, honesty and practical insights you can carry back into your everyday life, because when we gather with intention, something meaningful unfolds.

Toni Finnimore from the Social Society will host the conversation and be joined by Zoë Elliott (Choose Love), Lara Sheldrake (Found & Flourish), Natasha Jackson (The Brighton Wellness Festival) and Gemma Brady (Sister Stories).

The Social Society is a volunteer and events community that brings people together to do good, making giving back easy, social, and genuinely enjoyable, through experiences rooted in real connection.

  • What if staying well wasn’t about extremes, restrictions or bio-hacks – but about returning to simple, nourishing rituals that actually work?

This talk explores the science behind health, nutrition and longevity, and how small, consistent choices shape how we feel, live and age. We’ll unpack what modern research really tells us about food, nervous system regulation, daily habits and community - and how ancient wisdom and contemporary science beautifully meet.

Expect practical takeaways, myth-busting insights and gentle inspiration to create rituals that support long-term vitality, energy and ease - without overwhelm. A reminder that feeling good is not a luxury, but a daily practice.

Join Gemma Ogsten (Mama Shrooms), Dr Jenna Maccoichi (Ancient + Brave) and other guests TBC as they open up this insightful topic together.

  • Wellness is often seen as a personal place of escapism, a bubble of calm in a chaotic world. But what happens when we look beyond that bubble? How can the practices that nourish us also contribute to inclusion, equity, and collective support and care?

Join us for a powerful open conversation exploring the intersections of wellness and social justice, hosted by Deanne at The Gather. The panel of diverse practitioners will share stories, challenges, and insights on making wellness accessible and relevant in today’s divided climate - and ask how “well” the wellness industry really is, beyond the surface of Lulu’s, matcha lattes, and perfectly timed om’s…

Deanne will be joined by Calli Popham (Flow State / Embodied Beings), Akila Monika Richards (The Rest Experience), Megan Cooper (Higher Love, Georgie Edwards (yoga teacher) and Yasmeen Jabri (Amphi Botanicals).
