The Flour Pot Bakery is an artisan bakery and cafe, handcrafting exceptional bakes in Brighton. Since 2012, they’ve used traditional techniques and the finest ingredients to create bread and pastries with care and passion.

What began as a wholesale bakery supplying local cafés and restaurants has grown into a much-loved family of stores across Brighton, Hove and Worthing, alongside a thriving and growing wholesale community.

Every loaf, croissant and cake is made by hand each day by our dedicated team of bakers, who arrive in the early hours of the morning to ensure freshly baked goods are on our shelves in the early hours of the morning. We produce up to 2,000 kilos of bread a day using the same sourdough starter we created in 2012, with each loaf taking around 48 hours to perfect. Real bread takes time - and that’s exactly how we make it.
