1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Wild Love Festival
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Festival is organised by Wild Love Festival & Li Low Ltd.
2. Tickets & Entry
All tickets are issued via Ticket Tailor and provided as QR codes or email tickets only. We do not issue paper tickets.
Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented for scanning on entry.
Tickets remain the property of the Organiser at all times.
Please ensure your ticket QR code is clear and accessible on arrival.
3. Age Policy (16+)
Wild Love Festival is a 16+ event.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where age requirements are not met.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
General Festival Tickets (inc Early Birds)
Refunds are available up to 1 week before the event, meaning no later than 1st June 2026, due to small capacity on ticket allocation.
After this date, tickets become non-refundable.
Village Day Tickets
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the day of entry.
Refund requests must be made through Ticket Tailor in line with their process.
Booking fees charged by Ticket Tailor may not be refundable.
If the Festival is cancelled, we will provide clear information about refunds or ticket transfers as soon as possible.
If the Festival is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may not be offered in this case.
The Organiser cannot be responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
5. Resale & Transfers
Tickets may not be resold for profit or at a higher price than face value without written permission from the Organiser.
Any tickets found to be resold fraudulently may be cancelled without refund.
6. Event Changes
Line-ups, schedules, workshops, and activities are subject to change.
The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Festival without obligation to offer refunds.
7. Behaviour & Safety
Everyone attending is expected to act with kindness, compassion, respect, and consideration for others. This is a day of feel-good well-being.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
Entry is subject to reasonable security checks, including bag searches.
8. Photography & Filming
By attending Wild Love Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
These images or recordings may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the Organiser. The Photographer & Videographer will be respectful of people's privacy and will be very considerate (they’re lovely humans).
9. Personal Belongings
All attendees enter the Festival at their own risk.
The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
There will be lockers to store your belongings throughout the day.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, the Organiser’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be handled in line with applicable data protection laws and Ticket Tailor’s privacy policy.
Your information will only be used for Festival-related communication unless you choose otherwise.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert country, e.g. England & Wales].
