Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful somatic and energetic healing modality that works directly with the spine, the nervous system, the chakra system and energetic field. Through light touch, breath sound and subtle cues, the body is invited to release stored tension, trauma and emotional imprints that may be held within the body.

Rather than forcing change, Spinal Energetics allows the body's innate intelligence to lead. As the nervous begins to feel safe, it can naturally regulate and restore balance; often resulting in deeper self connection, emotional clarity, a sense of ease and balance.
