The Milk Shed

The Milk Shed Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery in Brighton, located just a stone’s throw from the iconic Pavilion, where they focus on sourcing exceptional coffees and roasting them with care and precision. The site was originally a dairy supplying The Pavilion in the 1800s - hence the name - and has since been transformed into a working roastery, complete with a small espresso bar that allows them to showcase their coffees at their best. 

Sustainability is incredibly important to The Milk Shed, which is why they signed up to 1% for the Planet and are committed to donating a minimum of 1% of their gross sales to environmental non-profits.

They work closely with trusted importing partners who have strong, long-term relationships with producers, prioritising quality, transparency, traceability and sustainable livelihoods. Using detailed roast profiling, we carefully roast each coffee to bring out its unique character and ensure consistency batch after batch. 

Alongside their own espresso bar, they supply wholesale coffee to cafes, restaurants and businesses across the South East, including their sister company, The Flour Pot Bakery, supporting their wholesale partners with high-quality coffee roasted with intention and expertise.
