Higher Ground is a wellness-led café and community space rooted in connection, nourishment, and conscious living. Housed in an 18th century coal shed with a sun trap terrace in the centre of Brighton. Designed as a place to pause, reset, and reconnect - Higher Ground brings together functional nutrition, mindful rituals, and a deep respect for both body and mind.

At the heart of their offering is a carefully curated menu of adaptogenic drinks - crafted to support energy, calm, focus, and overall balance. Using ingredients such as ceremonial cacao, functional mushrooms, matcha, CBD, and botanical blends, each drink is created with intention to elevate how you feel from the inside out.

More than just a café, Higher Ground is a high vibration space for growth and grounding, hosting therapies, workshops, and experiences that support wellbeing in a modern world.
