Lara is a speaker, community strategist, and founder of Found & Flourish - a platform supporting purpose-driven founders to build sustainable, profitable businesses without burning out. After nine years running a network and consultancy, she saw the same pattern: impact-led founders stuck in hustle mode, battling burnout.

She is a business strategist on a mission to help founders bridge the gap between purpose and profit and do business in a way that feels good, does good and sustains them for the long run. She believes good people making good money can change the world. (Amen to that...we need more money in the hands of good people, rather than greedy white middle-class men!)
