Emily May Graves
Emily May is the creator of the book: 365 Days of Wild Joy - a devotion to living in deeper relationship with the natural world and with ourselves.
Emily’s work was born from grief, from walking through loss and finding solace in sunrises, the roots of trees, the wild Ocean, and the steady rhythm of the seasons. What began as a quiet turning toward nature became a remembering: that we are not separate from the Earth…but part of it.
Through retreats, rituals, writing and various practices, Emily’s intention is to guide us back to the simple, sacred rhythms of life. The turning of the moon, the breath in the body, the elements, and the wild intelligence of the Earth and our hearts.
Wild Joy is not about constant happiness, it’s about presence. It’s about tending the flame within, even in the darker seasons. It’s about rooting down, opening wide, and living your one wild and precious life with truth, courage and sensitivity to all that it is to be human.
Emily’s intention is simple:
To help us feel more connected.
More embodied.
More alive.
To create spaces in which we can thrive in our essence of Wild Joy.
Emily will be joining the talk: ‘Science Meets Soul’ hosted by The Gather, alongside other guests.
