Kath Smith

Kath Smith is the holistic therapist behind The Sanguine Smith.

She is a qualified Reflexologist utilising the grounding effect of Reflexology in all her treatments, both on the feet and face.

Her facial treatments are designed to encourage deep relaxation, nourish the skin and work out held tension.

Treatments include a mix of facial reflexology, acupressure points, scalp, neck and shoulder massage, gua sha, facial cupping and uplifting facial massage.

Kath offers treatments both at her treatment rooms at The British Engineerium and as mobile treatments to clients in Hove, Shoreham and Worthing.

She will be offering three treatments options at the festival, all designed to help bring you back to yourself:

• Sanguine Reflexology facial

• Sanguine Gua sha facial

• Sanguine Reflexology Feet
